This is the on-line showcase for TechCard™, an exciting new low cost construction system developed by David Eckold for building working mechanical models that is receiving fantastic reviews around the world. The kits are being retailed to Schools in the UK and Internationally.
The project includes full site management, DHTML animation, customised cgi scripting, hosting provision, search engine submission and domain name registration and renewal.
David Eckold has also developed a specialist range of fun and exciting kits including ‘The Way Things Work’, ‘The Ultimate Robot Kit’ and ‘Robot Warrior Kit’ exclusively for Dorling Kindersley.
This is the on-line home for one of the midlands leading gallery and framing retailers. The site showcases their Popular Print Collection, Limited Edition Prints, Artists Original Prints, framing and Art for Business sections.
An existing corporate style was already established and in place through a range of printed material and advertising, so it was important that this was closely followed to ensure consistency and reinforcement of their brand communication strategy.
The project included full site management, hosting provision and domain name registration and renewal.
Having already established a corporate style for the organisations printed company brochure, I was responsible for implementing this style for the design of the supporting web site that further show cased the on-line portfolio of traditional and digital photographic services provided. The project later expanded to include the design of the wedding and social photography section of the business.

This dynamic database driven e-commerce Art Gallery show cases original artistic photographs, prints and paintings by UK and International artists. The site incorporates an interactive framing utility to allow visitors to combine their chosen image with different options for framing, mountboards and glass. Their chosen image is then displayed on screen in conjunction with their selected options prior to them making a secure on-line purchase with delivery to their doorstep.
The project was produced from initial concepts, including on and off line brand development, supportive printed material, search engine submission, site management, hosting provision and domain name registration.
